Having problems with login and it will not allow me to login. It will not allow me To reset password. My system is the Arlo Pro VMB 3000 48c57A78A151C.. Also where do I go to download new firmware for this model?

Are you sure you're using the right credentials including case sensitivity for the password? You can try both the app and a browser to see if that helps.
Firmware is automatically updated overnight but if there's a notice on the Devices tab or in Settings, My Devices, your device, Device Info you can follow the prompts to start the update. A restart of the base usually helps, too.
