I have a Arlo pro VM 4030 camera that I have had for a year! I keep one in the house and have to take it down periodically to charge it! I took it it down 5 hours ago and it still is not charged! It came on my phone with a message about a default in charging and see kB article! Where is this KB article?

First, make sure you are using the ORIGINAL charger as a normal usb charger will not work ( Pro needs a dual voltage usb of qualcomm type )
Second, if the battery is very dead, the charging process cant start... you need to plug in and wait and then repeat 6x if necessary ( see KB above )
