After the last update (several days ago), my arlo system can't be turn on and off according to the oraginal scheduled programs. Can anyone help me to fix this problem?

It works now, and I did nothing. Maybe just some errors in system temporarily. Anyway, thank you for help, guys.

Another user reported that somehow, during their last update, their base station's time zone got changed and that's why their schedule stopped working. Please check that by going into Settings > My devices > "Name of your base station" and check you have it set for the correct time zone

Thank you for reply. The time zone for my base station is correct after checking it. I also reset the time zone, but the scheduled program still can't work.

Do the modes in your schedule work OK if you activate them directly?

No. The schedule can't work even though I activate the system directly.

No, I mean the modes that you're scheduling eg ARMED or a custom mode. Do they work outside of the schedule mode? eg set your system to ARMED. Does it work?

Yes, I still can turn on and off the system manually.

you will probably have to reset the schedule.

Agree. Redo your schedule from scratch and see how you get on
