How much does it cost to speak with a live Tech and what is the number?

 

I am tired of going in circles and explaining my issue to multiple people and no resolve. After seven months and I still can't use my device because I don't have a QR Code.

As I said last February, you don't use a QR code on the box to install a VMB4540 (or to install Arlo cameras).   You also don't need a QR code to set up Homekit.  I asked for some clarification on what you were trying to do back then, but you never responded.   

 

The QR codes on the boxes I have just take you to arlo.com so you can see details on subscription plans.  And you shouldn't subscribe until after the free trial subscription expires.

 

Access to support normally requires an Arlo secure subscription (paid or trial), but you can't get that until you install a camera.  So I am tagging the Arlo mods - @BrookeN , @JamesC , @ShayneS - as they can connect you with Arlo support.
