I used to be able to access videos of movement on my system but can no longer do this. Thought I was entitled to 7 days free cloud storage.  Am I missing something?

Legacy Pro and Pro 2 cameras (VMC4030, VMB4030P) still have free 7-day cloud storage - assuming you have 5 or fewer unsubscribed cameras in the account.  Newer Pro models (3,4,5, and now 6) require a subscription for cloud storage.

 

Can you confirm that you have a legacy camera?  Is it possible that you have a new model, and that your trial subscription has expired?
