I have tried for 2 weeks to get Arlo to help with email and push button alerts. I can not login to my account as they claim they do not recognize my device that I have been using for years. The Chatbot says my claim has been sent to the highest service level and still no help. Camera I can not view if I can not log in.  No phone number I can find to speak with another human being. My cameras are Pro4 and any help would be greatly appreciated.
