Sync button not working on Arlo Pro/Pro 2

Not sure if Arlo Pro or Pro 2 but my sync button isn't working on one of my cameras. Just recently the camera went offline and it won't sync. No light comes on when I press the button. It isn't the battery because it's 100% charged. Verified with one of the other cameras. Purchased 1.5 year ago. Any help is appreciated.

Pull battery and with supplied ac adapter/cable plug in camera ... does the led flash blue once ?

If so, try and sync with QUICK press on base abd then camera

 

If not, contact Arlo support
