Recordings not in library Arlo Pro

I am really annoyed. Nothing worse than being away from home and an unexpected person triggers the camera, and the recordings aren’t available. What’s up Arlo? Not much of a security system if it doesn’t work as advertised. Bloody expensive too. I expect better. How do I get my recordings on my app?

Having exactly the same issue since Jan 5. with my arlo pro setup...

Hi @ElizalP and @mfkdk,

 

Have you tried checking both the web client and app version to see if you see the recordings? Make sure that the filter on the library is not turned on.

Mine is resolved, but it wasn't a nice troubleshooting experience though. Had to reset the base station, unregister each camera and re-register them individually to my subscription plan, for them to start saving recordings again... Seems to work now though..
