Problems installing my camera

Hola; im having problems adding my new camera to my system, i dont know what to do, i have ArloPro??

I press the SYNC bottom for 2 sec on the Netgear base n then i press the SYNC bottom on camera but they dont sync, i dont see this new camera on my devices screen, what im doing wrong??

This isn't official support - use the Contact Support link at the bottom.  You also posted in the very early AM so many of us were asleep.

 

You have to tell us more.  WHat LEDs are lit on the base and what colors? What does the LED on the camera do? While I have tried the 2 second press of the base sync button, it's generally recommended to use a brief press - don't hold it.
