So very disappointed that I am not able to call support, or chat with a live agent. We put new batteries in our cameras and could not get the cameras working… We chatted to virtual agent, and we went to community, and still no answers ! We were going to give up and buy “RING”!
At last, I decided to “Forget Device”. Then “AddDevice. This solved our problem! This took 2 and a half hours!!! If I could have called support, it would have taken less than 5 minutes! I will not buy an Arlo product again, unless support is free!!

Soupbone,

When you replaced the batteries, were the cameras still showing as offline? How long were the cameras offline before you replaced the batteries?

The cameras were not offline. When the new batteries were inserted, the cameras still gave the message that the batteries needed to be plugged in and charged.

Logging out and back in and/or flushing the app's cache (or the browser, if that was used) would also have fixed this slight issue.
