Battery light is green but is dead in Arlo Pro camera

We have an 8 camera system,  and the batteries charge to green in appropriate time in all of them, however 4 of the cameras remain dead when fully charged "green" batteries are put in. We have swapped batteries and the cameras work fine then, so it is the batteries that are out but registering fully charged. The batteries should work after only 6 months of recharging and running these cameras. Any suggestions, anything to try?

When you say charging green, are you charging them in the external charging hub?

Try and charge those same batteries while in the camera and see if you get different results.

It may also just be a display issue. Try force closing the app and reopen it to see if that helps. Clearing the app's cache may also help.
