My camera located at the front door activates every 5 minutes for no reason.I have swapped cameras over, but I still have this issue. I have set the motion detector setting down to 30%,but still having problems .

In case you’re unfamiliar with adjusting motion sensitivity.

Also look for other causes such as insects like wasps.
Sun reflecting off surfaces etc.

Thanks for the quick reply. I have adjusted the sensitivity on my phone App, previously it was only adjusted on my PC. I don't see why this should make a difference, but we will see how it goes.

Yeah, correct it will not make a difference using either web or mobile app.
The detail will be where you’re adjusting the motion sensitivity with in the settings. I.e. in the camera settings page which is for manual testing or in the mode and rules settings which is for operation.

My problem appears to have been fixed, by using the save option in the app. The problem was indeed how I was adjusting the sensitivity.

Had you identified the cause of the motion trigger as 30% is a bit drastic. I have to set mine to 40% to manage swaying tree branches on windy days by using a custom mode when when it starts annoying me.
