Pro camera and VMB4000 Base Station not recording to cloud. Able to do motion detection test.

Ok, so the cameras will show video and will record but only when I manually direct them to record.  The cameras will not initiate recording from motion detection.  I can do a motion detection test and I get the yellow light, but when I put the system into armed mode, they will not record.  I have restarted each camera, I have reset the base station and I have changed the batteries.  I do not know what else to do.  None of my devices will take an update.

Check the camera rules under the Armed mode are set to detect motion and record if not done already.

Alternatively create a custom mode and add rules to see if that works better.
