Today I do not see arlo sending alert email to my account. I even cannot find the email notification setup on my iPhone app. Everything is fine yesterday.
Push notification is fine.
Any idea? Thanks.

Open the app and select the Mode icon at the botom of the page. Select the green pencil at the right of the Armed Mode. Under the Rules section of this page click on the green pencil next to each Rule. There is normally one Rule for each camera. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the box to the right of Push Notifications to receive notifications. Click on the box to the right of Email Alerts to enable email notifications. Click on both boxes if you want to receive both types of notifications. If you make any change here be sure to go to the top left of the page and click on Save.
Do this for each Rule.

Check your email spam folder. It sounds like Arlo Alert emails could be getting filtered by your email provider.

Just purchased Arlo Smart a couple of days ago and although I get normal notifications, I do not get any email notifications. They are set up properly in the Modes > Rules section and I have checked both my spam folders and verified that my email address is correct in the above section and account.

Consider a base station reboot and see if you still experience the same behavior.
