Hello to the Arlo family, I problem I'M having is ..I'm not getting mobile texts alerts from one of my Arlo pro cameras..I have three but I only have problem with the one that I subscribed with smart alerts now that the trial period is done I can't get any alerts on that one camera that has smart alerts the others work fine..I've call and email Arlo and they told me on the phone that they can remove smart alerts cause I don't want it anymore but they LIED and it's still not working correctly..I've emailed and no response from Arlo..I just want my camera to give me alerts cause it's my front door camera that needs the help.. PLEASE HELP
anyone since Netgear Arlo company keeps blowing me off .. I actually thinking of selling my whole system cause there's no support from Netgear Arlo company

Same exact issue here. On the phone with support now. They said they have to replace the camera itself.... not sure how that will help.
