Can a speciific camera trigger a siren with all the cameras armed on a Pro Base Station? 

If yes, what are the specific steps?

Yes, by modifying your modes. Have you created any custom modes? If not, now's a good time to start. There are FAQs here with full directions.  Quickly, use the Mode tab, select you base and check out the Armed mode. While you can make certain modifications to that mode, creating your own custom mode makes more sense so you have full control.  All settings, including what cameras will turn the siren on, are in there.
