No live view - Camera says connecting

I have no live view .Always is in connecting status.

Cameras are connected to base station .

Can anybody help with this?

Yes the last 13 days...
Always in connecting status when I press the live view button.
The wi fi and battery bar is available but no live and no recordings...

Have you tried both the app and the web client? WiFi vs. cell service? Rebooting the phone and maybe reinstalling the app?

@jguerdat I can see my cameras from web only from app. Few days ago i could see them from wifi but no t from cell service. Now nothing with both ways. I was reinstall the app, reboot the phone but nothing. The 7 days free cloud service is still valid? Is forever?

I setup and reset the base station and synchronize again all the cameras and now everything is back to normal with live view and recordings...
