I have several Arlo Pros between my two houses. A solar panel failed on one. I purchased a couple "Arlo compatible panels" none worked. Arlo has a panel on their website, but they dint seek it!?  I purchased the arlo panel through Amazon. Arlo factory panel. It says no compatible!! Absolutely no support! And it's their product.

Do you know the Model/SKU number for the panels you purchased or have the link by chance?
