I signed up for Arlo using a school email address. When I graduated they change the email to an alumni address and you lose access to that email. This was not an issue until I upgraded to a new iPhone and the device is not recognized. There is no way for me to log into my account. I can't find a number to call, the chat bot told me im not entitled to speak to an agent, even though I pay a monthly fee. Right now I can't access my cameras, or do anything with my live dashboard.
