I've had my system for yrs n I didn't try 2 upgrade or change anything now it automatically changed my system n is asking me 2 start paying money

You apparently got a trial subscription that Arlo has been providing as a sales promotion to get you to buy a plan. As long as you have 5 legacy (Pro 2 or older) cameras, just let the trial sub expires and you'll still have the 5 7 day plan aferwards.
