If the base station led is flashing amber it might be related to a missing camera or missing internet.

Do you have any other cameras working at all?

Are you in the northern part of the north island, your isp provider might be underwater.

Check your local router is connected. Reboot router first wait 10mins to connect then reboot the base station again.

10 minutes is overkill - I wait maybe a minute between rebooting the router and then the base or hub.

Does the hub have an IP address in the router's interface?  If so, then the issue is either the router or the ISP. Is the hub shown as offline? If not, then it's not either of those. It would seem to be that the cameras are offline, perhaps due to dead batteries. In any event, the hub isn't the cause of the cameras not charging - it's an issue with the camera or batteries themselves. Note that if the cameras can't communicate with the hub for any reason, or are having problems staying connected, the batteries will deplete rapidly. Try this procedure to get the batteries charged again:

Can't help without all details. What have you tried and what do you see?

In order for the cameras to work, the base station needs to connect. With Amber flasing, the base station cannot connect even if we remove the associated cameras

Flashing amber indicates a problem connecting to a camera.

Yes. But if the base station has been restored to factory, then how is it detecting camera.

Last I was having arlo support, after resetting it worked but after few months it started flashing.

When it flashes, the base station goes offline.

The camera issue will only be valid, if base station is online. My case bs is offline

That implies you didn't actually reset the hub. Did you hold the button for >15 seconds? Could you feel/hear the click when pressing it?

AFter a reset you also must remove the hub and its cameras from your account so you can start fresh.
