New Arlo app not recognizing Pro 2 cameras

just had my Arlo app automatically update with the new layout.  had to add my devices all over again.  2 newer cameras I was able to add, but will not recognize the my older Pro 2 cameras.  went through the reinstall steps, the app still does not find them.  anyone else with this issue?

The main account holder as well as the granted access user both have to be on the same new user interface. To do that you will go into the app and pretend to onboard a Pro 5. That will kick the update in. As soon as it is done updating you should be able to see the cameras again as the granted access user.

Do you use more than one email address for an account? I see under the email address provided that the app is still on the old user interface. As well as the VMB3500 and the two Pro 2 cameras are online as well as there is an active subscription.

we do have 2 emails for login....the email with the older Pro 2 cameras, does that account need to grant me permission again?
