My cameras are not connecting since the required new App installation. I click on the arrow to view the cameras and they just say connecting

Try force closing the app and open it again. Reboot the phone and reinstall the app. Try a computer browser for testing.

I have tried all of this, nothing works.  I have deleted the app several times. Added it to my phone and ipad again and again.  Tried to connect and nothing.  The camera's connect to the base but nothing will connect to the app. Will never buy again.  Meanwhile the system I've purchased doesn't work.
