My iphone still gets notifications, my husbands suddenly doesnt. all settings are the same.

my son and i get notifications, now my husband gets zero notifications. have shut off phone and deleted and reinstalled his app.

If you're getting notifications on other devices, the means push notifications are active for your Arlo system. Does your husbands iOS device have an app enabled that suppresses notifications? Are notifications allowed for the Arlo app within iOS settings?

yes, notifications for arlo are turned on on his ios settings. what kind of apps suppress other apps notifications?
