Geofencing showing in zone all the time

Arlo support sorted the problem with second device geofencing not working by advising us to remove special characters (in our case ‘ ) on iPhone name.

 

Geofencing worked fine for a few weeks until she went to Japan and back. Since then all sorts of problems - phone showing unavailable or constantly in zone

 

Have changed phone names, reset base, but nothing seem to work


Anyone with ideas?

Do you know if any settings were changed? such as a power saving mode or gps?
