Arlo Pro camera won't charge after my cable box updated

I recently had my cable box upadated, all of a sudden i can't get my camera to charge ! Why would this affect a camera being plugged in & not charging ? I have Arlo - Pro 4-Camera Indoor/Outdoor Wireless 720p Security Camera System - White

It wouldn't....

Make sure you are using the original ac adapter and cable as a normal usb adapter will NOT charge the battery.

Or it has been drained to low.... read this;
