						Have you tried momentary pressing the base station sync button first before pressing the camera sync button?

						It doesn’t sound good for the camera.
Do you have a subscription, arlo support would be the next step.
Have you tried removing the camera from your account and re-adding? This would cause you to loose any of that camera library recordings so download any you want to keep. You will likely not to be able to add back if it is unresponsive but it might do something.
