Hello I misplaced my Arlo box so I am unable to find its model #. Below is my Arlo serial number: 4N71697X2F4AE My support case #29827386. Please see initial report. Now, it's not reporting at night although I did set up 24/7 . My sister who leave home for work at 4 am and it did not capture her leaving home. Please advise. Thank you.

Are you using the schedule or just a mode? Are the running men for the cameras in the Devices tab black or gray when this happens? Gray means disarmed so setting the schedule or choosing an appropriate mode is needed.
