Hi!
I installed my Arlo Pro 2 days ago and it was working fine until last night.
Now it has been "Offline" for 10 hours, but all three LEDs on the base station are solid green.
The base and the cameras are offline according to the app as well as when I login using a browser.
I've restarted the base station and the app, but no progress.
Tried to contact support through chat, but no answer...
Please help!

It looks like you have done the basic fault correction steps.
Maybe there was a firmware update that got interrupted?
I would remove the cameras using the app and do a factory reset of the base and start again.

Thanks!
Ok, I'll try that tomorrow and see if it helps.
But I don't think it was an interupted firmware update as the first thing I did when I had connected the app to the base station was to update the firmware since I was notified if available firmware upgrade.
There seems to have been a short power outage of 2-3 mins last night, might have caused the base station to loose it's config?
But it sounds a bit fragile if the system can't recover from an outage.

Power outages have been known to cause issues with Arlo's connectivity. Usually restarting the base is sufficient but sometimes turning off th emodem, router and base, then turning them back on in that order, allowing each to initialize before going on to the next has helped. Power outages can cause quirky thing to happen in electronics - we've seen router restarts clear Arlo problems.
