I never paid much attention before but if I go to Mode and click on a camera, it lists the camera I chose and also one of my other ones. A2 cam lists its motion/audio and then the record box but also list A3 camera's record box under A2's but before the Save button. Why? As it only does this on two of my cams mode not all 5.

Any suggestions?

If so, the mode is telling the system to cross-trigger. That is, whenever A2 detects motion, both A2 and A3 will record.  This is often useful - but if it is not what you want, then you can just delete the A3 recording in the rule.
