I am the admin, the firmware is up to date and I have microphone access. All my guest users can access the video but do not have the microphone icon on their video picture. We are all using iPhones. I have iOS 12.3 they all have iOS 12.4. Could this be the issue? I have read other comments on this regarding allow access rights, but my software (App settings) doesn’t have any toggle switch for this other than making them all admin, which I don’t want to do as they are teenagers. Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Hi GeeMan1,
In order for grant access users to use the push-to-talk feature, you will need to allow access rights to use the camera's microphone. You can read here on what granted access rights have access to: What privileges do my friends have when I grant them access rights in my Arlo account?
