Microphone cannot connect to camera from app on Galaxy S9+

While using the app, I cannot connect to the microphone camera on Galaxy S9+. I press the mic icon while viewing the live stream, and I receive a message stating "Connection failed." Each camera has the mic turned on, and the phone's permissions are enabled for microphone, phone and storage.

I can access the mic function when I log into my account through the laptop, so I am not sure why it doesn't work on the phone. Haven't seen any posts that address this problem.

Any ideas?

Is this happening when you're trying on cellular data and WiFi? Have you tried to reinstall the app to see if that helps too?
