One Arlo Pro camera shows charging symbol but the other goes away. Which is correct?

I have two Arlo Pro outdoor cameras both continuously connected to chargers.  One camera shows the charging symbol all the time, even when the battery is fully charged.  The other camera shows the charging symbol until the battery is fully charged then the charging symbol goes away.  The battery indicates and stays full afterwards, even after weeks of frequent recordings, so I believe it is being charged.  I have swapped both the chargers and the batteries and the different indications stayed with the same cameras.  Which camera indicates correctly ?
