camera message "offline" after resynching several times and deleting device and reinstalling several times. battery is charged. happens whether camera is near console or a distance away. powered down console and rebooted. my 4 other cameras work fine.

 

firmware;1.14.0.2-2776.

hardware VMB4000r3.
