Recordings not showing up in library when receiving notifications. Tried checking on phone and web.

I am having a reoccurring issue where I get notifications of movement on my cameras, but then I go to the app and there is no video. It happens at least once a week and I have blind spots of up to 6 hours where I know movement has happened, but there is no video at all. I've tried clearing cache, clearing data, signing out, restarting my phone, nothing works. The videos do not even show up in my Arlo account when I log in on a computer. I can sit there and trigger the camera myself, receive the notification that I triggered it, but nothing ever shows up. And when it starts working again the videos still don't show up, it's just a completely blind spot.

Hey Automagician,
Have you tried rebooting your Base Station to see if that helps show the recording show up on your library? And if you're using a custom mode, try testing by using the default "Armed" mode.
