It appears Arlo released an update on November 30 that killed my Arlo software. The Arlo logo screen briefly appears and then the entire screen turns blue and I have no control.

What do you mean by "MAC desktop Arlo"? Are you using a browser?
Try shift-reload to clear the cache for this page. I suspect the Blue you're seeing is the ridiculous new login scree, and you've got a caching issue. - Without more info that's my first guess

I use an oldie but goody MAC Desk Pro 10.13.6 High Sierra. Safari Browser. I have used the ARLO program, (shared with my son in California) for three or four years. A few days ago (November 30th) the login process turned the screen blue after entering my user name. As you suggested, I tried the shift-reload to clear the cache for that page. It only returned to the Arlo logo screen and asked for the login again. To test the ARLO camera program, I loaded the program on my iPad and it works perfectly through the login and display of cameras and saved video.
This leads me to believe that the ARLO update of Nov 30 has killed the support for my MAC.
Thanks for the help.

I don't know of any Arlo program that runs on a Mac. I know of the mobile apps, and I know of loading the website in a browser. Just to clarify, you are loading the site in your Safari browser, correct?
I assume it's a dark blue background, with a big white circle and what looks like a childish drawing of a house inside, then some fields and a huge bright white Log in button, right? That's the 'new' login page which obviously they've then done something more than just make it ugly. They broke something too.
I can still log in. I assumed it was a caching issue on your side. Sorry my suggestion didn't help. Hopefully someone else has had the same issue and can help you address it.

Yes, I am loading the site in the Safari browser. It has worked fine for several years.

I use FF, but just tried in Safari and was able to log in no issues.

Just to test your comment, I loaded Arlo into my Chrome browser... and it works great... I'll just avoid the Safari browser. Thanks for the assistance.
