I have iphone5c (ios 10.3) and have lost connection with system since the new app introduction.
-- I've re-installed app many times
-- changed passwords
-- checked e-mail used for account
-- my spouse is able to use on Galaxy 9, but I am not

Yes tho they say 10.3 or higher is needed, that may be the issue... Arlo recommends iOS 11 or better.
other iphones users need to chime in if using iphone 5s

When you mention that you lost connection with your system, are you saying that you cannot see your devices on your Arlo app or are you seeing your system going offline?
