Live Not Connecting, sensing movement but no recordings are collected

The Arlo cameras are sensing movement but no recordings are collected. Also when attempting to view "Live" we are getting an error message that says The device failed to connect. Please try again. It indicates that it is not connecting to the media server. We have reset the base, cameras and apps and nothing has corrected the problem. Please help!!

Check your rules to make sure they say to record video as opposed to "Do nothing". Live view failing to connect is most often to do with slow internet speed. What are your speedtest.net numbers?

Rules is set to record.
Internet speed is 71.1 download, 6..2 upload.

And when you say you've reset the base, did you factory reset it or just power cycle it?

WHen you reset (not power cycled), how did you do it? If you used the reset button until the LEDs flashed amber, you also need to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh. Is that what you did?
