Is there a way to link 2 accounts? I have 2 base units. They are at 2 different addresses.

Yes.  https://kb.arlo.com/000039122/How-do-I-add-friends-to-my-Arlo-account

 

If you don't need geofencing or the E911 features in Arlo Secure Plus at both addresses, you could alternatively merge everything into one account (even though they are at two addresses).
