I keep getting invalid factor data when trying to log in, I'm concerned as I keep getting notifications but am now unable to log in at all. 

 

I've tried to reset my password, uninstall/reinstall the app, with no success.

 

Please fix this.

When I get this error I have to switch the phone from cellular to wifi, login again then switch back to wifi and again login again.

I'm not even sure. I tried it again this morning on my home Wi-Fi, received the same error message, then clicked "log back in" and was able to access the app. I'm pretty sure this error is occurring on the server side.

Are you on iOS or Android? Can you provide what firmware you are on as well?
