  • My cameras stopped working on my phone about a month ago on my Samsung s24 ultra. 
  • My gf can still see the live videos on her apple iPhone 13
  • I can still view live from the website.

For starters, have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? What exactly have you tried and what do you see? Are you logging in with the correct credentials?
