I can not log on with my phone or computer. There is a pop up saying session expired and sometimes you are logged on on another browser which I am not.

For the phone, the fastest/easiest thing to do is to force close the app and try again.

I am having the same issue.  Can't login to the app via the web interface.  Annoying.

It's not you...

 

But on the web, delete your cookies for arlo.com and then it should log in ( working here on Fire Fox & Chrome )

 

On Android, I get the base is out after logging in but it does work on the web.

post #72. Did it, fixed it. For the app (Android for me) I uninstalled the app then reinstalled. Now everything works.

I did remove the app from my phone and reinstall it and my system works on my phone but it still does not work on my desktop.

Well that only lasted for a short time, now I am back with the same old problem. This sucks!
