I have a subscription to the smart notifications, but every since about a week ago, this has stopped. No icon on the videos and I just see "Arlo has detected other" .... What is going on?

AFAIK, Smart isn't being offered at this time. You can't subscribe to it anyways. Open a case with support to see wht they tell you about existing subscriptions.

Called support and they can't fix it yet and tell me Smart isn't activated on my account when my subscription doesn't end until August.

Why cancel? Ate they not going to be able to fix? I've had it since Last August and still have it until August of this year.

So they still havent been able to fix the smart notification issue. once in a while I will get "person detected" or "other detected" buty mostly NOTHING. I have an open ticket and it just says they will be getting back to me. What is going on?

So, arlo just decided to tell me they have forwarded my case to the appropiate people and will nortify me when it is resolved. How hard is this to fix? Anyone know what is going on? I cannot believe thiere is no fix.
