Question, all the sudden I can't view my recordings through email alert? Any idea why I can't all the sudden....when I try to view a pop up states I need to download it first? Never seen this before?

Phone, haven't tried it on a computer. Used to be able to view it through email message from Arlo on my phone.

I would reboot the phone and reinstall the app for starters.
