Are you trying to turn off the push/email notifications completely?

No, I don't want to turn off push notifications completely.  I am receiving the same text notification every hour and I can not clear it/stop it.  I finally turned off all push notifications from Arlo to stop the push notifications.  I continue to receive a text message every hour for an intrusion alert.

Have you tried to reboot the base station & remove/re-install the Arlo Mobile App?

Yes, I've rebooted the base station a couple of times.  I've removed and reinstalled the app twice.  From the app I've removed the base station and cameras and reinstalled/synced.
