I do not know if any of you have run into this, but the support I have gotten from Arlo is the worst i have ever experienced... They have not only taken my money for delivery, but never delivered what was expected. I am still waiting for a replacement camera for 2 months. If you are a customer, go elsewhere. If you are not a customer, do not bother, they do not care, they will not help and work terribly...
Just one man's opinion. I am an IT Executive and have many people asking me what i use for surveillance. I now tell them to go to RING and stay as far away form Arlo as you can!
Call me if you want to discuss, but I HIGHLY doubt you will because you do not care.

I came from ring and alot more problems there with problems, limited features and bad support. Just look at their forum. I agree with you the wait is long for your replacements. I did not have to use support before the shutdown so not sure if thats making it worse. I dealt with Arlo support once and they were lost.
