Help with 2FA after buying & using a new phone

I recently got a new cell phone.  I have uninstalled Arlo app and reinstalled it again.  When I try to login on  phone into my Arlo account it tells me it does not recognize devise and that it has sent a push notice.  I think it is sending to old phone ( no longer available).  It does not allow me to send notification to email.  My husband was also allowed user in past but now he cannot login.  He gets message his devise is not recognized and a push notification is being sent.  He does not receive it also.  He also unable to have notification sent to email. 

 

Do I need to do a factory reset?  Maybe have husband set up a whole new account / password and then add me as a user?
