Arlo Pro blinks orange. Cannot be found by Base Station. Tried rebooting, changing battery, etc.

All I can get out of my Arlo Pro is two orange blinks. Rebooted, new battery, charger for several days, tried everything. Will not blink blue, and cannot be found by the base station.
Any suggestions?

If possible, swap at the store. Otherwise, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for a hardware problem.
