No recordings in the library

I have no recordings in my library, I just got a new router and synced my cameras to the new router

I have live feed from the cameras but no recordings in the library

During live view, click the record button and then see if that manual recording goes to the library.

You say you snyc'd the cameras to a new router.

Do you mean a new base station?

Cameras speak to an Arlo base station which is connected to your router via ethernet cable.

Yes , I have synced the cameras to the base station and I can manually record the live feed and it will show up in the library but it will not record automatically and store it in the library

Is there a setting for that?

Next thing is to check is your mode setting.

Should be set to armed as opposed to schedule etc.

In the rules for each cam under the mode do you have "motion is detected" checked and the option to record video option below that? If I remember right the armed mode is defaulted to those settings.
