How did this product get to be such junk. I’ve gone back to two of the old battery camera which are more reliable and the firmware update still has problem has returned again. So now while I’m away I can’t use live cameras. How disconnected from functionality can it get ???

Are you having problems when trying to update your firmware? Do you receive any error when trying to update?
